Sharekhan
Hi all, I bought some shares along with some mutual funds as I wanted to start investing as it is good to start early as an investor. Initially I was told to make a Dmat account which I agreed to and I paid 800 rupees for account creation. Now they told me about their annual package for which they had some handsome amount packages for every category people according to the kind of investment they make.Again they charged me 1000 rupees for their consultancy fee which is very high as compared to the other dealers in the market.
I researched in the market to know the price of the other dealers and I got to know that I got cheated and the consultancy fee is hardy 500-600 rupees . Sharekhan took advantage of new customer and took a higher price from me . I felt bad and then I closed my account from share khan and opened it in zerodha as their price is good and manageable.
The customer service provided by sharekhan is good but very expensive also so you can search for other agencies and then invest through one of them . They don’t have a very prompt reply for deals and make hurry at every moment when the market is about to close.
I don’t suggest you all to through this.
