I have to complain against poor after sales service of sharp Ac. I had lodged complaint on 21st August, 2013 under complaint no. 422027. It was attended on 24th August, 2013. We have been told that the AC requires gas filling.
Therefore, the Technician for filling up the gas will come tomorrow i.e. on 25th August, 2013. But till 31st August, 2013 in spite of several reminders no body turned up to attend. This attitude of Sharp service centre shows that how they are serious to the complaints of the customers.
It reflects poor after sales service of sharp which will certainly bar the existing customer to recommend this product to others.
