For heaven sake please don’t buy any SHARP Air conditioner. Having paid double the cost of other A/C, we have suffered a lot from this product. Lot of problems and no service. That toll free no. is totally waste and nobody will answer you.
We got rectified our A/C by a out side mechanic.
