This was under the warranty of 3 years, they freely serviced the gadget and made it comfortable, but they took time for that, but made it a normal situation after some time.
We had both sweet and bitter memories with the Brand electronic goods, So We are staying with the Brand even after some troubles came up.

Handy also, price is under the budget and they not even charge more for extra service they provide. The Durability is good. Very easy and friendly to use also.
