Good looks but Poor Performance

I bought the Sharp 13 NRV model 1.1T which was sold to me by the dealer saying that it performs like a 1.5T AC and to support his claim he showed me the company brochure from Sharp.

Let me explain you, I have done practical test and verified the temperature of cool Air coming out of Two different Acs of 1.1T (sharp 13NRV) and 1 Ton (Indian Brand) running in same room and the results are shocking.

Comparing different Acs of 1 Ton Capacity, I found out that most Acs after running 10 Minutes of start were delivering Cool air at grill level with temperatures ranging from 13-15 C but the Sharp 13 NRV was delivering a bad performance of 19-20 C of grill temperature.

This means that the Sharp Ac has to work 25% Longer and harder to achieve the desired room temperature and the cooling is poor.

Now coming to power saving, Until the Ac reaches the desired temperature, the power saving does not start and with such high grill temperature the AC hardly/never reaches the desired set temperature. In other words you are paying more for the Ac, Higher power Bill and compromised performance (25% lesser than conventional Ac).

If you really want to buy Inverter Ac Buy a Daikin/LG/Toshiba they deliver what they promise, and the Ac will give you great grill temperature, means faster and better cooling at same conditions.
