I travelled from SC to Pune by SC-Pune Shatabadi on 1st Oct 2014. Food was ok, and same with service. My kid needs sugar along with dinner, which was not served even after asking.
Toilets was not clean, soap was not even there.
While returning, I took Shatabadi on 5th Oct from Pune. I was sitting in coach C9. My husband got attack after boarding the train. I asked the attendant to serve hot water so that he can take medicine, instead of serving he replied rudely. They didn’t serve neither hot water nor normal water even after 40 mins. Is railway authority responsible, if something wrong would have happened?
Thanks to one of the co-passenger who helped me. Water bottle, newspapaer and breakfast was not served for kids. We are paying full catering amount for kids also, but not getting the services. Railway authority should reduce the catering amount for half ticket. Kids of 6-7 yrs of age doesn’t eat the served quantity.
Attendants were not wearing name badges and they are not telling the name even after asking. Even after poor service, they asks for TIP amount. I request rail authority to look into this matter.
