Shein.in is one of the fraud e-commerce company in India. I bought a new sweatshirt on shein.in.Iam ordered a black one in Jhon players.Here starts my problem .The sweatshirt is delivered only in seven days. But they are looks like a old one or second hand product. So that I’m tried to contact in customer care. But they are not able to solve my problem.So Iam decided to take an another action for that. I returned my product for a new one. After fourteen days I have not get reply back. So that, I’m tried contact customer service again. At last they are help me. However, I get my new product only on seven days .I’m not satisfied on shein.in. Because the product and coustmer care service is too bad. Website and application is not bad. Because they are usually behave like a user friendly.And design is good. In my personal experiences are denoted as fraud website and not reliable one.
