Today I am going to tell you guys about the online shopping experience which is regretful. I have seen online shopping going bad but this site has been worse.
The products they are offering are just good on site and when you really will get hands on it you will see that how low on quality the merchandises are.
The clothes seem cheap and could have fitting issues in some cases. You will definitely won’t get what you were expecting.
The experience gets worse when you discover that there return policies are unclear and messy and also very frustrating as you will end up getting a lot of trouble returning the product.
Customer service is very poor and your procedures take a long time, I think customer complaints are not taken seriously.
I would recommend everyone to use any other shopping sites rather getting into trouble with your unexpected goods and its returns.
