I would never recommend this online shopping website to anyone on this planet. Absolutely crap I once ordered a sweat shirt and it looked absolutely amazing when I saw it online on their website the quality generally I prefer is cotton over everything. And with it I ordered a jassy top
It had been clearly told that the product which I had paid for will be shipped within 2 days
And it took 2 consecutive weeks to be delivered
I received a damaged sweat shirt with lot of perforation in it. And the material was not looking like cotton from far away
Shipping charges which was clearly mentioned in the policy would be free if u buy certain products and reach to their given target. But then a salesman turned up after 2 weeks with shipping charges of 200 which according to me is quite expensive.
Quality control is required.
Refund or exchange is there within 48 hours of shipping
But when u try to coordinate with them online
There are long procedures which no layman has time to do
It is a real pain if u think of getting refund
And yes, if you try and call customer care they do not answer your calls properly.
I had called for at least 15 times out of which they picked up ND heard to my problem and said we will solve it as soon as possible
But I never got a solution
Highly horrified by their loyalty towards their customers
This online website is the worst experience of mine of all the websites
I will never recommend this website to anyone
