Beware residents of J.P.Nagar and Jayanagar! This isnt the same SHEKAR NETHRALAYA we used to know a few years ago. This hospital has turned into a money making business which will first collect all your personal data and then charge you for a consultation that literally wont last more than two minutes.
The reception desk doesnt care how urgently a patient needs treatment but will make you submit all details down to the last column as they might be incentivised for the same. Doctor is arrogant - not willing to confirm how long he has been with the hospital probably because he wasnt very experienced. Moreover, anyone with an apron could be a doctor. how will a patient ever know?
My comments to management - Please sell the hospital back to Shekar Nethralaya as they were really providing good service at a reasonable fee. I don’t know how people like you sleep at night
