I am student of MR college and lives in hostel. So I am well aware of shibiya. If we call it a dhaba and not restaurant, it would very very fair. Shibiya’s food ia very poor and not healthy. Its is very much below average. The just serve you food that you don’t deserve. Also the restaurant is on road so they don’t have any facility to coverup food and hence provide bad food.
Their service is also not good. Fooling the customers is their biggest hobbie.
The amount they charge is also high and doesn’t match with that poor standard.
So, dont waste your money and time there.
