I am living flat near Shibiya Restaurant and I visit there several times ant food. Food is of bad quality and they have no manners to serve to the costumers people usually come there for smoking purpose so there is not such good environment for children’s or for any one. Value of money is high because food is to poor to eat. So friends avoid this place to eat something go to others places where there is good environment.
