Shimla is a very beautiful place.Its beauty is because if the mountains.The buildings situated on these mountains make this scenery unforgettable.But cleanliness is not the best in shimla.
Roads are not safe as people drive recklessly on the short and turning roads.Basically shimla is good but if any person is on a tight schedule then he should directly go to manali as it is more or less the same as shimla but not 100% same.Manali is the best and the possiblity of snowing is high.Snow is the primary attraction for tourists.But the probiblity of snowing in shimla is not much so tourists could return unsatisfied.Also the stuff at the mall road is way to expensive.You can find cheap goods at manali.Hotels here are awesome.
