Since 2004, many things have changed in Shimla and this review is/was obsolete. Please read other reviews about the same. Shimla has changed a lot from a small city to a very large tourist destination.
Mouthshut should have an option to delete reviews so that updated reviews could be posted on the site. The lack of delete option is discouraging people from writing on this website.
We all request mouthshut to allow us either to delete reviews or delete our profiles. Legally we should be allowed to delete our profiles as it is out right
