Im a shine user for more than 3years. Shine is nothing but a app/website through which one can apply or get job and one can post a job. Shine is one of the famous job portals in india.Even though I was happy with their services, now because of some unverified job providers misuse their opportunity provided in shine and cheat people. The reason I said why I was disappointed with shine.com is because there are many fake jobs and job providers post in their website , even after that they dont take action against them and give freedom to everyone without even verifying.Now I will tell my experience with shine.com . When I was in college I just wanted to earn some extra money so while searching I found that data entry and typing jobs are Easy and I was good in typing as well so directly in google I searched data entry jobs from home there I got shine jobs in which many companies giving typing jobs from home in different locations.After seeing those companies I believed that all those companies are genuine company and I had a very big trust on shine because it will only provide real genuine jobs.But that was not true at all all those data entry jobs and work from jobs available are totally fake and fraud companies.i randomly chose one company and applied after reading their description.In description they would nt mention their hidden terms and conditions.After applying they will explain about the job and they will give you their software .Before starting the work they will charge you amount, in my case charge rs 400 as registration fees which they didnt mention in job description.After that I paid rs 400 and started my work and when I completed and submitted my work first of all they wont reply , then after that they will give lot of reasons and reject your work.In my case I did correct work but they rejected saying accuracy is not good so we rejected your work. So everytime they wont pay money for your work basically they are fraud companies who cheat people.Till now I don’t know how many people have lost money because of shine.com because they only allow the job providers without even cross verifying and not providing any safety for their customers.Really bad service from shine
