I am Taruna and I am really annoyed with the kind of support they have given me after doing the entire payment.
I must say that I have been fooled as I got agreed to everything your team promised and made me believe on them. Because now when I am trying to contact them either my call is not picked or being transferred for any reason.
My issues are
When the first amount was charged, I was not Being told that I have to pay further. So, no clear conversation.
When I paid my second amount as I was being promised that this is about the verification of your profile and we will highlight and get you the job at your place. I made the second payment and this was also the false promise as I was being asked to pay the next amount for the third time.
When I shouted at third time that why I was not being told about such high amount earlier and I need my refund, I started getting calls saying I will get you job of 80-100$ per day at home and yes it is one time pain but believe me I guarantee you that with in 7-10 days you will be working and then u will thank me. You just need to sit with me for 15-20min a day and things will work very soon. Please do this as this is the last payment.
Honestly I thought its fraud, it was fraud, my fault was I still trusted them.
I got a message that your shine services are closed. I got panic and called atleast 30times on the personal number and the landline number provided to me but one call was picked and told the person who is taking care of your case is busy in meeting and will call back but no response.
I have texted him please call back on whats app then in reply I got message next day that I will call but no call I have received then after waiting I made call again and my call was transferred to someone else stating that dont create problem bcoz person who was taking Care of your case is on leave and your services are activated, you will get response within 48hours. But still no response.
They only ask for payments. Please dont pay
