Shine.com is a better consultancy as compared to others they have lots of job vacancies for freshers as well as experienced. I was a fresher was so much frustrated and confused to decided where to apply for interview. Some of my friends suggested to go to a proper consultancy, but all these consultancy offer only bpo jobs.
