Shine.com is waste website for freshers because I was submitted my resume in the year of 2014 but it didn’t give me any response and I didn’t get calls also. I had updated my resume lot of time but resul is zero so in my openion it is waste website for freshers so please don’t join in this website.I don’t about experiece persons because I am a fresher so talk about freshers only and if you want better option then noukri is the best for fresher and experience persons so avoid shine and join noukri.
