Hii Guys today I want to share my personal experience with shine.com
With my own personal experience I will never recommend you to download the app or use the website and dont upload CV on it.
If you will do so then 100s of fake calls will come per day from other money takers who gives jobs for money and they wanted us to give them 500 Rupees for finding us a job and take 10% from our 1 st salary.
As I have seen that shine.com sells our CV and Personal details to the consultants and make money from it.
I think they are just selling our Personal details to the jobs consultantants to make money from them.
As well as naukri.com and shine.com both are just doing the same thing.
I will not recommend you guys not to use these website or add any personal details specially phone numbers to them as they will call you 100 times a day and its really very disturbing.
