I have been to Shiok several times and always found the food excellent. Looks like they take their business seriously :-)
Shiok also has a good blend of ambience, service and food.
Ultimately the food is what matters in a restaurant and Shiok has superb food. Service is also good. Good value for money. The choice is also great. They also serve beef which is a blessing because not many places prefer to have beef on their menu.
Haven’t found really good places for fish in Bangalore, but the prawns here were reasonably good. This place is not cheap but you won’t mind the cost once you finished with the food. In other words it’s value for money.
Shiok is situated on CMH Road near another restaurant Bombay House. It’s on the third floor of the bldg and not easy to locate from the road unless you are looking up and walking. Beware of being run over or falling into a ditch if you do that.
