I have been using Shiprocket since covid times. It was good. But I feel it’s sinking ship. I am seller, I reputation is at stake because of their horrible service. My parcel never reached the destination giving fake reasons.Delay is more than 7days. Customer service can’t keep their words.
It’s caution for all the sellers don’t use shiprocket. They are not doing good job at all.By giving them chance you are risking your reputation.
