This university is at vidhyanagar kolhapur which is outside city and has great environment.Uni shivaji contains various department with different buiilding allocated to each departmet.This university offers almost all courses and fields.The syllabus issued by university is good and understandanle. Good interarction for students as it has website unishivaji.ac.in where each and every activity is posted for students as well as teacher.Semester result rule of 45 days is completed everytime by this university. There no need to take burdan as a student point of view.The university provide girl and boys hostel.Most interesting feature of the university is library and vast collection of books as well as ftp server which provide e books.The processing admission and other activity is good no time cosuming lot of processing for addmission or for filling for convocation.
