I don’t know what do you know about Dhyana(Meditation) .
*I am posting here on the basis of my personal experience after following one of the Dhyan Padhatti(technique)Shivyog under guidance of Avdhoot Shivanand** .
Three year back **I was a non-believer in God and Divinity and even during doing dhyana I opposed it’s effect with my all resistance and tried to disbelieve it at many occasion** .
but **it helped me to get rid of my many wrong emotions of irritation, anger and guilt so I remained in state of constant thankfullness**. It helped me and helping me in every seen and unseen aspect of life and that encouraged me to write something personal about Shivyog Sadhana Paddhati(technique).
few lines on facts
- *" what we experience through our five senses, goes inside our memory ".Memory keeps all visual with details of emotions involved in it,
what if the experiences are unwanted, unplanned and not good** .
2. **Mind lingers to the bad memory most than good - how to make it linger to that you want most or like most.*
3 .**Mind like a CD player continuously plays those scene, and person feel sad in himself for the event happened 20 year back and feels life is misery**.He/she cant see the solution and feel helpless which turns situation more miserable and a vicious loop starts.
- *You can give only what you have received**.
Bad memory makes you "caterers of the same kind experience"
Shivyog Shakti(**which is cosmic energy**), on invocation by Guru/a Siddha/helper human being connect him/her and burns the unwanted memory inside in each session of dhyana(even at home), and you feel extremely relieved for ever from those memories.Now you have clean slate, you can write what ever you want.
This is very simple and scientific.Even a non-believer finds it very beneficial .(but he must be seeking help even he doesn’t want to believe)
Q.How it is footstep to love and **How does the Sanjeevani Shakti work**?
as Babaji says the nature of cosmic energy is **unconditional love** AND nothing is more powerful and **subtle**r than it. **When it flows through one’s subtlest memory it dissolve it and transform the nature of emotions involved in those scenes of memory**.You relive those scene with emotion of unconditional love and so go beyond of it.
when you will have only good memory full of love, you will automatically spread love .
Q.**is it a religious exercise. No .*
Babaji says that he calls the supreme power as SHIVA, you can call it by any name **ALLAH, JESUS or just call it divine light.It is immaterial** .It all depends upon "**what do you want" .Do you want to experience divinity, then call for it by any name, Divinity will rush to you .(All is one)*
Q.what about mantra .
He calls it **Sound Therapy** . **In each religion, there is some divine sounds for the followers .So they can heal their life completely following that religion and reach to bliss .But reading these mantra from books, isn’t going to lead one anywhere**.
Why?
he calls it "PASSWORD" phenomenon . Only a Guru(who has traveled through that route) has capacity to unlock the potential of the Sacred mantra and make it available for the disciple . That’s why in each era, people rushed toward prophets and Siddha(a supreme scientist of nature).
Q.How to find a Guru?
Baba says every body has a Guru per his sanskara(subconscious) . He must desire for him only then he will appear.But once he or she finds a Guru .He must be completely honest to him only.As, many Capable Siddha are residing on this earth plane but all can not be Guru of him/her .
Q. **Many people don’t like worshiping idol and have allergy about this thing.*
-so many people have also not allergy about these things . In this world DUALITY exists.It all depends what do you want? If you want divinity to come in Form of IDOL, it will come in form of IDOL and if you want it come FORMLESS it will appear without form.
Q. **FEE in these shivir are very high, it should be free, shldn’t**.
"In this world only nothing is free. Even for air and water which take takes their payment by changing our chemical composition, and controlling our metabolic activity." It will turn into philosphical debate, so leave it for a while.
*If you are checking shivyog event calender regularly**, you will find many of shivirs like Durgasaptsatee sadhana & deeksha, **shree vidya prarambhik, ** sanjeevani deeksha **are given free out of compassion** . **which have healed and helped millions of life.*
*Kisan(Farmer) shivir, which is part of shivyog culture, is done regularly in farmer based region to encourage vedic and organic food production without use of costly and harmful fertilizers.*
*which is totally a free event**. In this shivir mrit-sanjeevani deeksha and Durga saptsatee deeksha is bestowed to the participants And any body can appear in these shivir and have those vedic intiations.
*shivir** cost also depends upon the city, in metro every bit of infrastructure is costly rather than in Lucknow.
many charitable work is done throughout the world, orphanage having thousands of kids, gowshala with thousands of cows and oxen are sustained by Babaji .He(BABA) says that if I do labor to feed all of them who depends upon me, like a guardian of home, who works very hard to fulfill desire of their beloved. TUM CHAHTE KYA HO?(what do you want, **divinity, positive attitude, health, abundance or complains and ignorance)** TUMHARA BHAV KYA HAI?(what is in your emotions, is it pure) TUM KISE PUKAR RHE HO?(are you calling divine or darkness)
