Hi guys! ShopCJ is an online shopping app they also have there channel on television.Where they display there product & make fool of there customers.Let me tell you how. Some months back I have ordered a majic mop from this shipping app.The mop that time cost me 2100 rs, yes it was that costly mop which now is available in market for 600- 1000rs also.So, I got my product after 7 days of my booking , which I guess is quite a long time they took for delivery.But what exactly frustated me was, I was told that I would be getting 3 mop heads , one tiffin set, 2 dusting gloves & a set of shank cleaner.So I got it all what I was told, but these guys played a trick with me.Yes a TRICK! Though they have given these free gifts but the 2 extra mop heads they provided me were of different sizes.And just after one day of delivery I gave a call to there customer care regarding this issue, but they totally refused me to change my product or to deliver right size mop heads to me.I would say, customer service persons were not at all friendly.They are only sitting there to sell there product at any cost but not at all ready to listen customers complaints.These things shows that they are not at all reliable shopping apps.Also the quality of there product was not at all satisfactory as I was told that I would be getting a strong rod along with good mops , but sirry I did not got anything of my interest.Or I would say my 2100 Rs went into vain.
I would really not recommend any one to go for this app at any cost.
-Poor customer service
-Not at all reliable, they show something else & deliver something else.
-Cheap Product Quality
-Takes long time for delivering products.
-Fake app!
That’s what I have experienced & wouldn’t recommend any to shop from ShopCJ.
