So this is a online shopping site of India. They also have a TV channel where they sell products so I ordered a product from telephone no provided in that channel. The product was sofa and diwan covers and a carpet. So they told me that it will take some 4 to 5 days to deliver where they took some additional charges for delivery which was less than a weak. The date I ordered was 19/12/2017 and they too told it will be delivered till 23/12/2017. But it didn’t arrive it was 1 weak then slowly 2 weaks but they only send message apologise and said that it will be delivered in next 4 days. After many complaints on customer care they called me and said it will be delivered but no it didn’t. Today’s date is 25/12/2018 one month and still the same no delivery of that product. So my suggestion is that don’t actually trust sites and such channel they make a issue of shopping. Sometimes the product might be delivered but rather they just forget our orders so easily.
