Shop CJ customer care is very poor. It is not customer care rather customer harassment.
I placed Order No. 20160319088263 with https://shopcj.com on 20 March 2016. To my surprise, the product has missing items(It was cream pack for ladies) when the packet was delivered to me. I called ShopCJ customer care number 20160319088263 to complaint about this on 22 March 2016 itself, the day I got product from them.
I was assured that my matter will be looked into. I even spoke to one Nadim Akram from shopcj.com customer care team at phone No. 18605001860 on 16 April 2016 who assured that the faulty packet will be picked up from my residence in Munirka, New Delhi within two days and my full aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs. 1088 refunded to me within a week.
But showing utter disregard to customer concerns and displaying professional misbehavior, they did not honor their commitment. They did not pick up the product nor did they refund my money.till date, more than a month later of receiving the faulty product.
I have called them more than 20 times in last one month but they have not refunded the aishwaryasingh23ment to me.
I have even written several complaints to them on their mail ID: response@shopcj.com but to no avail. They have cheated me of my money. I had similar problem with Home Shop 18 where I placed order No. 990728477 for Roti Maker which I returned to Home Shop 18. They promptly sent me check for Rs. 110 as refund for courier cost and have also assured me on SMS that my product cost of Rs. 1088 will be refunded to me within a week.
So, I would give 08 marks on 10 to Home Shop 18 and just 02 marks on 10(Very Poor Rating) to Shop CJ. Shop CJ has cheated me of Rs. 1088 but I will not let the issue die like this. I will tell people on multiple digital forums about their poor service and also plan to lodge a formal complaint against Shop CJ at Consumer Forum(Jaago Grahak Jaago).
