I have placed two orders recently on shopcj.com website was a bit slow somehow on that day due to some offer going on somehow I managed to place a order & got confirmation mail in approx 1 hour.
5 days passed but there were no updates regarding order status no shipping mail, no tracking no nothing. same status on their website order confirmed no progress after that
On 6th day Dtdc came to deliver my order.
Customer care is not much helpful I have contacted them once after placing order they don’t have much info about order status.
Product received was in perfect condituon & of good quality.
They need to improve their website & update the status of order as soon as they are dispatched so customer doesn’t have to worry & can track his order anytime.
Also not much categories of products are available here!
