Recently I Made a purchase on shop clues, Glad to have had the product delivered just short of a month’s time against their promised time of 3 - 5 business working days, than x a lot to shop clues and their entire team for putting up all their efforts with promised fake commitments and false statements in dragging the delivery of the product for 25 days.
The Minute you open the site it says India’s first and largest Managed market place and also it says Band of trust, Great selection, Low Process and Fast Delivery, I wonder the person who is managing this have ever known or at least tried to understand the meaning of what his site speaks of.
For one small headphone’s I was forced to wait for 25 long days even after have paid the entire money and finally when I had a serious argument and asked them to cancel the order then they delivered it. Shop clues obviously is able to use these funds for this period without having to pay any interest for the period it kept the customer’s money with them.
This reeks of a scam given the fact that it has happened to many customers on different occasions including me. RBI should frame guidelines which prevent companies like Shop clues from holding on to customer’s funds free of cost.
