I ve like shopped twice with shopclues and my experience was disaster. The vendors on shopclues are mostly selling fake items. You cant predict anything about the product untill it reaches you in-hand. It might be a fake or a genuine. But I do not understand why does shopclues allow vendors selling fake products on their website. It’s illegal to copy and sell products for benefits.
Ive been a victim of shopclues twice, they allure you with offers and discounts and then send a fake product.
I bought a Reebok Wrist watch and a sunglasses, but alas both of them turned out to be fake.

Make: Very poor/ fake
Ease of shopping: Easy
Comparison of Products: Cant be compared
Timely Delivery: Not at all, takes more than 2 weeks sometimes. Courier partner sucks.
Customer support: Never called them.
Pros: They provide 2% cashback instantly, They organise Wednesday bazaar and Sunday Flea Market which have certain good items and cheaply available.
