OnePlus 2 (Sandstone Black, 64GB)

I had brought OnePlus 2(Sandstone Black, 64GB)  from Shopclues.com on discount of Rs.5000 happely and it was delivered to me on 22/03/2016.


But after seeing the product I was very sad and surprise Shopclues.com have given me used old  OnePlus 2 in very bad conditions and the bill is also without any IMEI number with pen/ink corrected figure(you can see the pic of bill).


Immediatelly I had given return request on the same days. Shopclues.com personals had called me and said the merchant is not ready to take back the product on this I said that I had purchased product from Shopclues.com and I am not happy with product and kindly return back the product as your 10 days return policy but till date they have called me 2 to 3 times and asked me about   photographs of the product. It is already more than 12 days then have not refunded my money. So beware and think twice before buying any mobiles phone or costly items from  Shopclues.com.


This is in continuation of my review 4 day ago.Shopclues have given me refund date 08/04/2016 but till date I have not received any refund in my account. Why Shopclues is not showing their commitment and responsibility towards their customers, only giving call and lingering on matter of refund. This is very pathetic situation and I therefore have one thing to say that people should think twice before buying the costly items from shopclue. For me it is already 18 days since I have file return request and my refund date was yesterday i.e. 08/04/2016 but still shopclues.com are making call to me and talking saying that they are still not sure about the refund. So this is very pathetic situation after giving the refund date they are talking this way.
