My daughter ordered some product from this website namely Shopclues and it was a huge mistake purchasing the product from there.
When she ordered the product, it was about a couple of months ago. The order came about two weeks later although the site claims to deliver within 4 to 6 days, but nothing like that.
Then she found out that the product was damaged one and was not working properly therefore she requested to take back the product and give a new one in exchange and they assured that it would be replaced.
It was been since then, nothing yet came and its more than a month’s time and no mail, or contact by Shoplcues. Yet we tried to contact them and most of the times they just say that product is delivered and give excuses, but nothing is true.
Very disappointed with the service and customer satisfaction is worst.
