I was planning to buy a 26" LED TV and came across a product - "Sony KLV-26BX350 26" LED TV" on shopclue.com.
The TV was priced at INR 21, 900 which was really cheap looking at the brand value of Sony and I felt the offer really tempting. But when I researched this model on Sony website, I realized that this is a LCD TV rather than a LED TV which shopclue.com claimed on their website.
I don’t understand how an online retailer can do such a grave mistake and mislead its customers. I really don’t trust this website! Shocking to see that not even the basic hygiene of eCommerce is followed by them.
