I ordered a LCD TV through Shopclues on 31 Dec 2015, the material was delivered on 12 Jan 2016 and have found the same having manufacturing defect. With repeated complaints they agreed to pick up the material and it took them more than 15 days to arrange the return pickup of the defective material. The refund has not yet been executed and over 25 days now and have been asking for extension of time repeatedly though mail. No body bothers to call up for the delay in refund.
Pls do not buy any high value items from shopclues. Worth shoping for only below Rs 1000/-.
Services way behind other online sites. Shopclues should learn from Flipkart and amazon, wherein the refund is very prompt.
