The reviews of Shopclues.com might be worst, but they are good in the customer satisfaction. Once I ordered a camera stand for my Canon 750 DSLR camera. I selected one with the coupon code because on that time there is Diwali offer is going on. I received my DSLR stand, and it is good but one beautiful day it broke. I broke a piece of the handle in it. Then trying to return it. The I make a call to shopclues.com. I lied to them that my stand is broken, please return my money I don’t want your product, and they take their product without even see what the problem is and the money is getting back into my bank account.
So in my opinion shop clues is no the best but no the worst also.
