Hello friends now a days it’s become easy to buy sell anything very easily due to globalization and internet facilities thats why e-commerce is growing enormously.
On the other hand shopclues is just against of our expectations.
It’s all about my third purchase on shopclues.
When I bought a casserole non stick pan knife fry pan and some more in a set that was a trending offer.
But you know what happened they send me only casserole and knife set only.
When I contacted shopclues concerning this matter than they told me a shocking answer "dear sir the things you are telling me I understand but this kind of issue never happened on shopclues so you have give me the proof" I told fine
Than I send him pictures of bill and the product I got. After two days they crossed the limit they were asking me to provide me the image of that product that I don’t have. That was so embarrassing means they are asking me about that product that they didn’t send it to me and that is the reason why I claimed for it.
Not only this after so many calls discussions and after a long time they agreed to send me refund approx 1 month after. The call service is too expensive on shopclues that’s a problem too they took 2 rupee per minute.
Their costumer service is very bad they respond calls very slowly they will rarely help you.
Product quality on shopclues is also very bad according to price.
Website is very bad its service is slowest comparing to other e-commerce sites.
I think this is not a market it is a cheating marketing. Don’t do shopclues.
