I want to review this shopping platform by going along with my personal experience. About two months ago I bought a IB’s A1 Square Unisex Smart watch and dealed with the following problems:
When I’s was buying this product first it showed no terms for returning the product, although I ordered the product and got the product two days late after the delivery time, showed during buying. When I was trying to return the product I contacted the customer for more than 10-12 times but the only answer I got from every representative that "please, wait sir" but they did nothing. Any reply I got from this site in mail.
Uttering about the product I want to say that it was of top most of bottom quality. It only looked glorious in site and in the app but in physical world it was not actual value for money. The standby of the product was died in 15 days.
Speaking about the delivery timelines I want to say that any other online shopping platform can be better than this. During buying it showed a date and got the product after 2 days of that time. No message nor any mail I got about this delay.
Talking about the app and without value site I want say that it shows too many inappropriate products. Besides it takes to many time to load.
Finally speaking about the reliability of the site I want to review this site with the rating(1.5/5).
