Shopclues is the worst e-commerce website to buy any product. 1 month ago I ordered Nike Air Jordan shoes from it whose original rate is Rs. 8000 but at that time it was available in discounted rate that is Rs. 4560. So I decided to buy this pair of shoes. At the time of checkout I selected cash on delivery but it says that cash on delivery is not available in your district which was though available for another products , so I paid through net banking. I was supposed to receive the shoes after 3 days that is on 6 January 2018 , but my shoes aren’t delivered , so I tracked my order what I got to know is that product is not shipped yet. So I decided to contact customer care, the operator said that due to some technical issues your product is not delivered and will deliver it after 2 days. Finally after waiting for 2 more days my shoes arrived, and guess what I got the wrong pair of shoes. When I tried to return them, it says you can’t return this product. Shopclues is just befooling people.
