I am bit skeptical here as I should mention here or not that this was my 70+ order with them on their platform( believe it or not)
So the story goes as written below Ordered 4 different items under order number #72323908 18th October 2015 which when received on 29th October 2015 did not match on the ordered quantity so I immediately called the merchant but as all merchants are these days was told to call the platform provider Shopclues and then this complaint would be heard so next what I did was to call Shopclues To which I must admit they are either bunch of jokers or pretend to be one whichever may be the case because he could not even calculate the ordered quantity and said if you have received 1 piece it is a correct order(super shock all quantity in total was 38) failing to understand he told me to file a return request.
Next step which I did was filed a return request for wrong quantity which was cancelled within 12 hours of filing the request(dont know if at all they understood what was wrong with the order)
Again created a return item for another item under the same order the number in the morning as I noticed that I had been charged higher rates on received items than the mentioned MRP which was again called within 6 hours so one can understand that they dont even read the material or reason for return they simply cancel the requests without even reading.
Now for prospect buyers or readers of this article you must assume as what would be the support a new shopper would receive if this kind of support is provided to a patron & loyal customer of the platform who has already placed 70+ completed orders with them in the past.
