Last few months I have ordered a Medium size shirt and I get XL size . When I call to contact center, they ask me to wait for 24 hrs . Their customer care don’t support ever and just give you next date to solve your issue . Most of the product which are shown on the website are good to look but when you actually buy it, you will receive different material with poor quality .
Shopclues courier service takes around 6-7 days to deliver your product which is a very long time, therefore it is my personal advice to please contact Indian speed post rather than using Shopclues courier service . The interface of the website is too bad to find anything, this is one of the worst website, they are making fools by selling poor quality of product which is not reliable.
My sincere request from all of you, to please do not trap yourself into offers, they will cheat you . If you are not believing me just order once and see .
