I received a redmi note 4g mobile two weeks ago. After that I found out that there was a "headset" connected symbol on top screen of the mobile.
I have not connected any headset but still the headset symbol shows up. I made a call from the mobile then I found out that the other person across the line was not able to hear me and I was also not able to hear what the other person spoke.
I clicked the speaker option on the mobile then its working. I mean to say that this mobile is having some sort of issues which prevents it from being used in normal mode(without speakers). Ispoke with one of your customer care executive and they gave me address of Authorised Redmi service centre.
I went there today. They told me that its a hardware issue and they also told me that they DO NOT support Redmi products brought from Shop clues. I was really shocked.They checked the serial nos on the mobile and told me that this mobile is not an authorised mobile and it has been sold to me from another person. the ten day replacement guarantee is bullshit and shopclues is the best fraud forgery online shopping company. I advice everyone not to buy anything from shopclues. they are cheats.
