I hear that, shopclues is the most frustrated online retailer. All the products are not genuine and the service is also worst ever. I wanna share my experience with you guys.
Recently I ordered Decorative LED Lighting 10 Meter which is worth of Rs. 295, only for Rs. 19 in special diwali offer as they presented. For that I paid the amount through Net Banking. Also got the confirmation mail. They said it takes 10 days to deliver the product.
Finally today I got a mail from them, that the order got cancelled due to some fluctuating payments. I dont know what is that. And they initiated refund, and it takes some time to get my money back. I don’t want such offers from them, but why they always cheating the customers in this way.
Who will pay the interest for Rs. 19 for 10 days.
Boycott Shopclues.com from e-commerce world. And finally I demand an explanation from them.
I don’t recommend this website to anyone.
