Hi freinds I wanted to share my experience in this online shopping site.
One day I order a long size sofa this product I need too much because In my office there are a big meeting so I ordered it on monday they told me that this product will delivered within 4 days.I was in relax because our meeting has been held after 7 days.This sofa price was 12, 000 ruppes I pay it online only with my card.So after two day a call came to my phone and the customer sevice tell me that today the sofa will come to your house.I was too happy for that but the sofa didn’t came so I call him again than they told that the delivery had delay u will get your product after 4 days.I tell him why they told that you have ordered a big product so for delivey you are getting annouyed.i tell him ok after 4 days you will deliver my product.Than after four days again a call came from the customer than they tell that in 3: 00 pm you will get your product in the house but the product didnt came I call the customer care then the customer care told me that order has been cancle I told him thaw the order can be cancle I have paid 12000 ruppes online only than they cut my call I call him again but they did not catch my call.
So people dont order from this shopclues.com it is fully fake
