Shopclues. The worst Customer Support I saw ever. Added to this, they dont have any responsibility. They dont display the product what they exactly have. I ordered a Sony X10 mini pro display there on 25th of apr. after a week, they mailed me, that they didn’t have my product. but, they are still working to get my product from another seller. again I waited for 10 days approx. I checked my order status then. It showed, my order is confirmed and the product is with DTDC courier and they gave a tracking number. I dont know for what sake they gave that number to me.
I cant track my number with DTDC. so, I called shopclues to track my order. but they said, "Sir, we cant track your order" without any responsibility. actually, am from chennai. for regarding my order status, solidly I spent 120/- by calling them. And after 20 days, they said, that my order is incomplete, and it is returning to them. after a week, I requested for refund. after 10 days, my amount refunded to my account.
Whenever I used to call, they always said, *"sorry for the inconvenience caused by us. we will rectify this within 24-48 hrs".* with my personal experience, I recommend the viewers to forgot about shopclues and better you go for another site.
