Shopclues is the online shopping website in india but is not as good as other online shopping sites because of the following reasons :
Poor product Quality :
Shopclues is not at all trusted when it comes to the quality of the product that is offered. I ordered a set of Sofa cover whose photo on website looked very good . I ordered Red colour cover but they delivered me orange coloured cover amd when I told to replace it then they denied it for replacing. Also the quality of the material was also very bad in terms of the quality.
Improper and Incomplete product details :
If you want to shop a item and want to look about the product details of the product then you will be unsatisfied from this because shopclues does not provide complete details of the product .
If little bit of information is provided then that information provided is also inaccurate and faulty which would put you in confusion about the product.
Rubbish Return policy :
A good online shopping firm ensures that the customer should get a genuine product and if he is not happy with the product then he should be provided a complete refund or replacement. But shopclues does not understand this policy at all. They make tons of excuses in returning the product and annoy the customer.
The return policy of Shopclues is very very disgusting.
Shopclues should be avoided because it does not provide good service at all. The products are not genuine, they provide incomplete information and the return policy is worse. You will not be satisfied if you shop from shopclues. You will not have a good shopping experience from shopping in Shopclues.
