This is the worst website I have even seen.
There are both pros and cons. But cons dominate pros.
So first lets talk about cons.
CONS:
FAKE PRODUCTS :
Sellers in this website make money by selling fake products but in description they mention it as branded product, but we come to know that it is duplicate product after buying it. And it is so difficult to return the product, rather ots impossible.
FAKE OFFERS:
They say that we decreased price but in reality they increase peice by 50% and after that they give us 30% discount. Here 20% they are making money by fooling us.
CUSTOMER SERVICE :
This is the worst part. When we get a fake product and contact customer support they just give us silly answers and never solve our problems.
DELIVERY TIME :
They deliver our orders so late and sometimes they deliver us damaged products. Delivery service is very bad.
PROS :
APP AND WEBSITE :
They have app and website which is very user friendly and can understand very easily.
