Helpful guy

I was terribly frustrated with the poor service of Shopclues. But thanks to that one representative from them who helped me in my mess. Actually, at first it was my fault. By mistake, I mentioned my hometown address and wanted to cancel it as I want my Morphy Richards Microwave here at my place. Tried everything but in vain because the product has been shipped from that particular merchant, when checked the tracking details.


Thus, decided to cancel it and left a personal msg on fb of cancellation. Within minutes I received a call from that guy and I just busted all my anger on him. Then, he assured me that the product will get cancelled and a fresh order would reach at my place within 4-6 days. I received my product and it’s working absolutely fine. Hey, thanks buddy for resolving my issue and making my online purchase satisfactory
