Very poor quality products they have, very poor quality of services they provide. One year ago, I had ordered a pair of Reebok shoes under a discount offer.
It took around 10-13 days for delivering that product. But the most unexpected thing was that, I got an old full with dirt shoe.
How could you expect to give an old and dirty shoe with a new shoe? Is the quality assurance and sorting team was blind?
It looks a like that they were blind! I tried to communicate with them and almost after 1 week, I got a response from their customer service executive that they will take the shoes if I send them to their company. What? How could they say that? The kind of mental harassment, I got into it was really frustrating for a student.
But at the end I have donated those shoes to someone! Very poor delivery services with very poor kind of products they have at their website. Please dont low the standards of e-commerce websites.
