Worst Experience

Shop Clue worst experience:


I had a worst experience with Shop Clue. I purchased a room heater for my Grand Mother for Winter to make her happy and want her  to give more confort during this winter but when I received this product and opened and found it was in worst condition.


I immediately call their customer care and they were not responding properly and after multiple they agree for return as it was in their policy. But the worst experience start from here, because took me more than 15 calls and more than 1 month to return that product and their excuse was that Seller is not responding. It is the problem created by customer? So they need to suffer, it need to handled by Company itself and should not give such nonsense excuses.
