Worst delivery time and customer support response

One of the worst experience from shopclues. I ordered a combo of pendrives on 10 September, scheduled delivery was till 18.


Till today(23 September) I haven’t received my order. The call centre guys have no clue on how to resolve it. The courier company does not pick phone. The tracking on their website put lies like "customer requested to postpone".


Check the Facebook page of shopclues, it is full of complaints. Beware of false positive review of shopclues on many website.the reviewers might be paid for positive review.
