I am really fed up with shopclues.most of their products are upfront payment.they dont give any COD facility and after taking the money either they send defective products or dont send the products at all and after following up with them they have one standard email saying we are looking into the matter and will revert back in 24 to 48 hours time.
I have this types of email on one product for more than 6 times. many of my order products were not delivered at all and finally after long struggling they refund money after more than one months time. Now also I am struggling with one order for more than a month, they nor give me refund nor send the product. They are big cheaters. I have all the proof in form of their emails.
Some action has to be taken on this site immediately to avoid further cheating of customers. Customers please be aware of this online site. I am also planning to go to consumer court against shopclues.
